Project:  Sponsorship & Presentation at Market Analyst Conference
Client:  Visual Unity

MJO has helped Visual Unity to identify appropriate speaking and event sponsorship opportunities and managed the company’s participation at conferences, including Marketforce’s Inaugural Conference on Broadcasting and Digital Entertainment which took place in London in November 2011.

Visual Unity was amongst a wealth of speakers, including keynotes from the BBC and Facebook, who delivered practical case studies and strategic discussions about new technologies, developments with mobile infrastructure, emerging thinking on revenue models and the impact of social media.

MJO managed the contract arrangements and day-to-day liaison with the event organisers including the agenda; assisted with event promotion (web and email, PR); event logistics with POP, delegate giveaways and promotional materials.

The event successfully raised brand awareness; positioned Visual Unity as a thought-leader and provided effective networking for the executive team. For further details, read the press release.
